The property itself is beautifully designed with a modern yet inviting ambiance. The rooms are not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, offering excellent temperature control that ensured a cozy retreat during cold nights. The location couldn’t be better—situated near fantastic dining options, great shopping, and conveniently close to Jackson Hole’s free shuttle service. Whether exploring the town or heading out for outdoor adventures, everything was easily accessible. However, what truly set this stay apart was the impeccable service. Every interaction—from the concierge to housekeeping to the front desk—was exceptional. The team’s professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality rival that of renowned international luxury brands, if not surpassing them.

I cannot say enough positive things. We originally were in a regular room but the ac and water heater went out in our room so they upgraded us to a balcony room and comped our incidentals. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, especially Christina the concierge. All of her recommendations were phenomenal, and made our trip special. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the hotel is centrally located in the middle of town close to the square and shops. Book this hotel. You will not regret it.

Hotel Jackson was absolutely amazing!! The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and affordable and the location was right in the center of town. When we had some free time on our trip, we walked right into town from our hotel and were able to find all the popular bars, restaurants and shops and even got recommendations from a lot of the staff. Thank you Hotel Jackson staff for a wonderful trip!
