Great gym. I always come here when I'm staying in Magog. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. The equipment is from different manufacturers so there is a nice variety and probably machines you have never used before. TechnoGym, Hoist, Atlantis to name a few. Definitely stop by for a workout if you have the chance

The place is vast and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. The weights area is spacious and has a wide choices of machines. There is a quiet area in the back with a few more accomodations for stretching etc ..

I'll work on the night shift, and they close way too early on weekdays, and they close at 5 on the weekend, too cheap to pay someone to work few more hours for people who work on night shift, very bad business 👎

Large facility with a great mix of weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Always clean and amazing staff!
