I've attended many different studios and different practices of yoga in the last 15 years. Cambio is the best studio I've ever gone to. I love that they prioritize accessibility and understand that cost can be a big prohibiting factor for many people. Twice weekly yin helped get me back to normal after a bike accident and the teachers were amazing in giving modifications especially in the early stages of healing when I couldn't do a lot with my knee. Even now, every practice is focused on not just the pose but what works best for my body at that very moment.

I joined Cambio a couple weeks ago and have tried several classes. Every teacher and fellow yogi has been welcoming and super helpful to this newcomer. Classes here are also the most affordable I’ve seen. Highly recommend!
