YogaSix Nine Mile

I have been with the Yoga 6 studio in Erie since they opened in August 2024. I love the variety of classes that they have and the different times classes are offered that fit within my schedule. Each instructor brings a different feel and vibe to the classes that they teach. I especially like the Sculpt and the Power classes. They are absolutely a tough workout! Marci, Tami, and Scotty are the best! The staff is so very welcoming and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was looking for a way to strengthen my core and upper body after years of mostly cardio. I decided to try YogaSix in Erie without high expectations, but I was so impressed by the first class that I signed up on the spot. I’m now consistently going 4-5 times a week and have never found a class monotonous. The coaches are fantastic, providing real-time feedback, and the punctuality of the classes helps me manage my busy morning schedule. I'm definitely continuing with this and highly recommend it!

I love this studio! They offer classes EARLY in the morning, which work great for my schedule. I never imagined I would be a fan of hot yoga, but different classes have different levels of heat, and getting sweaty feels very detoxifying and therapeutic. The lighting in the studio keeps it interesting. I love the variety of classes and instructors. You can get a relaxing type of yoga or a high intensity workout. Highly recommend.
