Buyer beware!!! Even if you buy a product that is defective, they refuse to give you a refund. I bought an ice cooler that leaked all over my floor. They didn’t care. No refund. Even if they don’t have a similar product to exchange - no refund. Unbelievable. No way to run a business that plans to have repeat customers. If I had changed my mind, or didn’t like it for some reason I could understand. But it was broken. Completely unusable.
