Completely free testing. I made an appointment had a hiccup with the scheduling but I came in early and it got resolved very easily. Monica helped walk me through the process and took all the samples. She did an amazing job at making it as painless as possible and explaining each step thoroughly. She was an absolute wizard with the blood draw I barely felt it! Everything was filled out and finished within 30 minutes! Fast efficient and kind!

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this doctor’s office. Whoever is handling the referrals can’t seem to get it right, and now I’m stuck with a bill because of their mistake. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone who can actually help — every time I call, I get someone in Florida who says they’ll send a message, but no one ever calls back. Either the messages aren’t being sent or they’re being ignored. The case management is just as bad — there’s no follow-up, no communication, and no accountability. This office used to be great, but the quality of service has gone way downhill. Very disappointing.

Called this place to see if they do free testing for hepatitis and they actually had a panel with multiple testing and hepatitis c was included. I went as a walk in they said they would accept from 10-4. The wait was a bit long but I didn’t mind seeing how it was free and had a wonderful conversation when with Maria at the front desk. Once I got called back Darryl was very thorough through questioning and very informative from the questions I had. Highly recommend this place but be smarter than me and maybe make an appointment 😉
