Canada Goose 5TH Avenue New York

I visited the store around the 6th January on holiday with my family. I was looking for a specific coat, they did not have in stock Joey helped us, he went above and beyond to help source a coat from another store, he was so helpful. Extremely polite, even helping with suggestions on what looked good. We had laughs together and he made the experience 11/10 Due to his help and personality we ended up purchasing a second coat for my Dad who has never owned a Canada goose before. So if your ever in need Joey is your man! Keep it up Joey.

Extremely poor experience. Very disappointed. I purchased a jacket in New Jersey, and the button fell off on the second wear, which is clearly a serious quality issue. Because i live near this store, soI brought it to the store for an exchange under warranty. At first, one staff member told me she couldn’t help with anything at all. Only after I insisted did she speak with the manager, who finally approved an exchange for a new jacket. Then things got worse. The staff member told me that because I bought it in NJ, I had to pay the NY tax difference. I was very upset and made it clear that this was not my problem. I was not repurchasing the item — I was exchanging it due to a manufacturing defect. There is absolutely no reason I should pay additional tax. After checking with the manager again, they finally agreed to exchange it without charging me and handed me the jacket, already packaged. When I got home and opened it, I was disgusted: • The white jacket had no tags • The sleeves were dirty • There were visible white foundation stains around the collar This is completely unacceptable for a so-called new replacement from a premium brand. Terrible quality control, poor customer service, and an unacceptable exchange experience. I do not recommend this store.

Yashley was so patient and helpful. She allowed us to try on different styles and numbers. She explained the way the jackets are made and was honest with her feedback.
