Iâve tried a few different groomers in the past and usually had to bring her back to fix something â but not here! The team was so kind, efficient, and clearly experienced. Itâs definitely a busy spot, and for good reason â you can tell they have lots of loyal, return clients. I also really appreciated the detailed receipt outlining exactly what services were done. Itâs such a thoughtful touch and shows how thorough they are. They also offer a daycare in the same building, and based on my experience with the grooming side, I would absolutely recommend that as well. Weâll definitely be back in a couple of months! Negar BakUnfortunately, the grooming experience here was terrible. I took my 2.5 kg shih tzu for grooming, and they charged $100 without even touching her head. When I pointed it out, they said my dog was moving her head, so they couldnât do. They did not even touch her ears , when I mentioned then they trimmed, so you can see in the pictures . I asked for at least a partial refund, but they refused, saying they "tried." Trying doesnât justify a full charge when they couldnât complete the job, despite the fact that I was asked to pick up my dog an hour earlier that scheduled, worse experience ever
