I had a great experience with CanadaRAM. I ordered some additional RAM for my iMac, which came with impressive speed and with no markup compared to buying direct from the manufacturer. What most impressed me, though, was the after-sales service. A few weeks later, I had problems updating the operating system; the Apple Store technicians traced the problem to the new RAM. I emailed CanadaRAM about the problem; just over an hour later, they replied to say they'd been in touch with the manufacturer, and would replace it at no cost to me, without any extra trouble. I had the replacement RAM four days later (two of which were over a weekend), and have had no problems with it since. I was very impressed by the courtesy and efficiency with which they dealt with my case from my very first order to getting the replacement to me. I definitely recommend them!

These guys are great!!! I had just had a really bad experience with a larger, more well known, supplier who was unable to supply a RAM upgrade kit for my Mac after 3 weeks of waiting. Canada Ram had the RAM in 3 days! And the salesman dropped it off at my door!!!. I guess not everybody will get the door to door. . .but that was truly impressive service. And, oh yeah, the RAM kit of 4 8GB chips works perfectly!! Best service I've seen from an on-line supplier in years!

Hi CanadaRAM Thought I’d let you know that the 64 GB Ram for my iMac arrived safely this morning. I’ve installed it and it's working perfectly - noticeably a little more zippy than the 32 gigs I was using before. So thank you very much for sending it. Very much appreciated. For anyone reading this, I've been a CanadaRAM customer for about twenty years. Their service has always been knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. CanadaRAM has just the most amazing customer service. I ordered 4 ram sticks by mistake and emailed them after hours a few hours later. they replied within 90 min and refunded my order - after work hours! and the refund came thru immediately. I am going to go to these guys for all my computer needs in the future!
