In the summer we hired Micton Homes to build us a fairly large deck with a covered pergola. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and truly took the time to understand what we wanted. We went back and forth quite a bit on the design, and they were always patient and receptive to feedback. Anytime we made a change, Oshana would mock it up on a software so it really helped having visuals at every step of the process. Whenever we ran into potential roadblocks or challenges, they were quick to propose thoughtful solutions that prioritized my satisfaction as a customer. In the end, the finished deck turned out even better than I had initially imagined. The workmanship is excellent, and the level of customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. We had an excellent experience with Micton Home Renovations. Peter and Oshana renovated both our master bathroom and main bathroom, converting the master’s old Napoleon tub into a beautiful freestanding soaker tub and changing the main bathroom tub into a modern standing shower. We had our deck and privacy fence built by this team in June 2025. They were very energetic and it was developed in a reasonably quick manner. Oshana was excellent who was my contact starting from design, quote, permit through finish. The team did really well to accommodate city’s requirements and completed it on- time as stated.
