Simply joyful and sometimes transcendent! I was initially a participant while waiting for spinal surgery x 2. Debra and Lindsay both kept me functioning with their happy healthy back and restorative/therapeutic classes. I can’t say enough about their knowledge base, experience and expertise. Bounce is a blast! My journey took me onto Yin yoga, which I really enjoyed. Hope to start up again soon back to the basics. Both were also very helpful for my brother when he recently suffered back pain….love these people, kind and generous hearts who truly love to help people.! ♥️
