YilinWe’ve been loyal customers of Korna for the past five years (and counting!) They’re well stocked with a good range of pet food, treats, dental and grooming products, toys, etc. They often bring in new toys so it’s always fun to check out what new stuff they’ve brought in. The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a great loyalty program. It’s a shame they’ve been a bit hidden by the construction on Broadway - I really hope they’re still getting good foot traffic! And for what it’s worth the store has good sound proofing. Even though the construction is right in front (through no fault of their own!) we don’t really hear much inside and my dog (who’s sometimes anxious and can get stressed from loud construction noise) hasn’t reacted to the sounds outside. Hands down one of our favourite local pet stores so definitely check them out if you’re in the area!

AnaThis is one of the few stores in Vancouver that has the exact type of hay I need for my guinea pig and at a reasonable price. They occasionally give free samples with my purchase too, and I got a free bag of hay recently because of points I accumulated, which was a nice surprise! Staff are kind and helpful too.
