Beware of buying counterfeit goods! Not only that the staff will encourage you to purchase it as well. One staff member said it’s beautiful I would buy it if I could afford it. Amanda or Nicole (it’s one or the other) told me that it came from an affluent home. Which lead me to believe it was a genuine bag. They are not to be trusted. Be an experienced buyer or do your homework. The ladies probably get paid off commission. I am so dissatisfied. My bank wants me to get it appraised before refunding my money. I don’t want to spend another dime. It is against the law to sell dupes. Still working on a plan. Don’t be me!

I have purchased many items from this auction house. And have always been pleased with my purchases. Recently I had a couple of interactions with Amanda in which she was incredibly rude and condescending. I'll spare everyone the details. But I just wanted to let Amanda know that kindness is met with kindness in others. And rudeness met with rudeness. It's the natural way of the world. It takes sooo much less energy to be kind. And your life will only be improved.

I’ve purchased plenty of items through Cannons Auctions. I have always felt as though they were one of the more trustworthy auction houses. I appreciate the clear description of items and the ability to preview before bidding. So overall I’ve been very happy with the service. However my last experience wasn’t as good. I clearly had the highest bid, they acknowledged they could see I had the highest bid, also acknowledging it was a third party technical issue. They awarded it to the second highest bidder and told me it wasn’t anything they could do, I now question their integrity because good business is explaining to the second highest bidder a mistake was made, that they did not actually win the lot and it is going to the highest bidder. I am not anger, I don’t have anything bad to say about Cannons however I do believe this situation is being handled poorly.

I’ve had such great experiences purchasing from Cannon’s Auctions. I won several small items & couldn’t make it to pick them up due to an emergency with my dog. This was the day I was supposed to pick the stuff up & I contacted the individuals who were coordinating each auction. They were so kind & easy to deal with when they had a right to be irritated with me for contacting them on pick-up day. They do such a good job taking multiple photos of each item & then describing it. They do this for literally thousands of items almost weekly. Ya’ll have got a customer for life!
