We were disappointed to find a product with an expired date at BJ’s in Hollywood today. While the store is known for being clean and well-maintained, this oversight was concerning. We hope management takes extra care to ensure all products are checked and up to date.

Wow…… one item wasn’t scanned. The lady at the front treated us like we were criminals. Went back to pay for the one item and she literally chased us down to make sure we paid. I will NEVER go to this location again. Mistakes happen but to treat people like that is disgusting. Management should be appalled

This the third time that I buy products from BJ’s that are rotten and spoiled. The previous times I didn't go there to return them because of the distance but this is the last straw. How is it possible that there is no quality control for these products if you are one of the largest supermarket chains? I bought these products yesterday 8/19/2023 and the strawberries are rotten and the feta cheese is spoiled. You have to be attentive to these things, someone may end up getting intoxicating. I'm serious, this added to the fact that the products have gone up in price is an unacceptable thing, and if I'm going to pay more at least I hope that the product is in good condition.
