DO NOT GO HERE Save your pets! This is the least ethical vet’s office I’ve ever been to. They made me pin down my own pet as they administered a vaccination. They force pills down your pet’s throat rather than doing so kindly with a treat. They then hold your pet’s snout closed until they swallow it. It seems like they’d be less expensive than other places but you save no money from this terrible location. Tried to warn a friend about this place and their puppy is now scarred! TAKE MY ADVICE- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The VcA animal hospital on shefford is excellent!

I used to bring my dog here regularly for annual check-ups and allergy treatments, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. Booking appointments has become a frustrating process, and getting in touch with the front desk is nearly impossible. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of responsiveness and care from a clinic that once seemed reliable.

Inhumane care. My cat had a urinary obstruction, and the signs were clear — peeing outside the litter box and crying out when trying to urinate — symptoms that any qualified veterinarian should recognize immediately. Instead, I was told it was just stress, given a single medication, and my questions and concerns were dismissed. I felt rushed out, unheard, and unsupported. Since it was my first time having a pet I trusted the vet. They could have taken the time to properly examine my cat, listen to my concerns, and run the right tests. If they had, my cat might still be alive today. We ended up going to another vet last night who correctly diagnosed the obstruction — but by then, it was too late. I was forced to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down. Please do not take your pets here. They didn’t care about my cat, and they showed a complete lack of compassion or urgency for a suffering animal. These Innocent lives deserve better. Shame.

Never bring your pet here. Totally and fully incompetent. vets do not listen. Bed side manners could also use a lot of work. Notes are recorded on scrap paper and filed physically, administrative errors are common because of their lack of organization and vets and tech alike confuse details on previous appointments because they pulled a scrap of paper dated from the previous year in the same month. If your pet is seriously ill - or even ill at all - and you bring it to GPH you had may as well say RIP. Awful place.
