My name is George Mccauley, I have rented a duplex from Ace property management for the last three years. K.D has been an absolute pleasure as a landlord, always very responsive when it comes to getting stuff fixed, and was just a nice, pleasant person in general, who always communicated with no matter how big or small the issue was. Two months ago the owner of the property I lived in turned the property over All county heartland property management, and I am going to be moving. Not even a month after they took over, they jacked my rent up almost 20% of what it was, and have ignored countless calls about getting stuff looked at that is messing up. Ace property management is amazing, and I am very sad about them not being my landlord anymore. Thank you for everything K.D.
