I’d also like to highlight Ali Sumar, Assistant Director of Sales, whose attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay special. I stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of the Etihad free stopover, and I absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything I needed—plus a big bathroom with a spacious bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The facilities were great, including a washing machine, microwave, and fridge, making my stay even more convenient. But what really stood out was the amazing staff—so friendly and incredibly helpful! They even let me keep my room until 10pm on check-out day, which meant I could head to the airport feeling fully refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
