When I called to order a taxi, a robot answered and couldn't understand me(I speak fluent english). Maybe I should have spoke with an indian accent for it to understand. Just aweful.

I found myself in a bit of a pickle a few weeks ago. I was doing a brake job on my car and discovered that one of the bolts that hold the brake caliper bracket in place was missing. It was the Saturday before Thanksgiving and I really needed the part to complete the job. The driver was a heck of a nice guy and took me to a few places that were still open to try to get that bolt. He patiently waited for me to check each place and although I knew the meter was running,I was impressed by the fellow. Nobody had the bolt or anything near what I needed to get back on the road. I ended up going to a dealership the following Tuesday to get it and had to laugh at myself for spending $40 on cab fare trying to find a $2 bolt. Hilarious!

Prompt service, great communication and tracking available. Driver on his phone first 15 min of ride, feared the attention to road and did not feel safe.

Quick, easy and friendly. I have taken several rides so far, and all of the vehicles have been clean, smooth and the drivers are down to earth.
