Sherwood Park Yellow Cab

I want to give them more stars because they were very friendly and helpfuI. I can't because they were unable to help me. On short notice - I needed a ride into Edmonton - I require a handicapped vehicle that allows me to be loaded and secured in while remaining in my chair. They don't have any and therefor couldn't accommodate me. They do however, have vehicles that if you can get out of your chair and into the vehicle, they can fold and store the chair. It is so frustrating - There are more and more people that require transportation while remaining in their chairs. Public transit services through Strathcona Transit and DATS are a nightmare to navigate, have to be booked days in advance, are restricted to where they can go - and don't have any single passenger units. It would be nice if, regular cab companies could accommodate this section of handicapped people.

Handicap can takes over 5 hours to get to you because their policy is to take closer trips first so if you're on the wrong side of the city they leave you to freeze outside instead of sending a cab to pick you up insane customer service you should be ashamed of your selves disgusting business practice

I don't appreciate this cab company constantly sitting by my house being suspicious... If you don't have fairs find somewhere else to sit....
