DO NOT USE. Where to start, They will charge you more insurance for no credit card which is in the fine print. Then on return they charged us 19 euro for the car being too dirty. Below are the photos of how dirty the car was when returned. On top of that my sunglasses can be seen in the last photo between the chair but they said they did not have them. Absolute Scammers

Upgraded from BMW X3 to X5 which was nice. Unfortunately, it was the entry level model of X5 and the engine was very small for the size of the car (only 2L) so it was very slow. Also, I was charged approximately €18 for returning the car without cleaning it. This is a very strange charge. I hire cars frequently and I’ve never been charged for something like this. It was probably mentioned in the documentation but it wasn’t pointed out to me on collecting the car, which I feel it should have been, given the strange nature of the charge. The car was also quite heavily marked with the hire company’s logo (boot, on the sides and on the number plates) although this is not uncommon.

I paid the full amount with full insurance a month and a half before the pickup date, but upon arrival, the employee told me that there was no available car similar to my booking and that the reservation would be canceled.
