Avoid this company if you are a truck driver. They kept dispatching me to the north east, and make me sit there 3-4 days, they’d keep telling me “the freight markets slow there today”. They don’t have enough trailers. I took the load to somewhere and had to leave the trailer there. And I waited there 2-3 days until they find another trailer for me. Disorganized. They charged me $2,500 for the accident that happened not because of my fault. There was a tornado in Texas and I caught the downed power lines on the road where there was no warning sign about it. Although a state trooper came and gave a report that It was not driver’s fault and the county would pay for that, the Davis Cargo charged me insurance deductible. Now I hired a lawyer to sue the company.

4 pm on December 18th on rte 20 in Georgia. Heavy rainstorms. Traffic was slowing due to downpour. We slowed to 70 mph fear of hydroplaning and low visibility as was all the traffic around us. Before we could move over he passed us but did not quite pass us before moving in front of us and running us off the road. We followed for a it to get vin and license plate number. Noticed he was flying and cutting off multiple vehicles. He could have killed someone. If the company cares about safety, suggest they contact me for plate details

I am sure that in order to review this company I do not have to be engaged in any capacity. I have a right to review even if this was my first and last attempt to engage. The most concerned I am about is that they resist to put anything they promise in writing. You can record, however, all their mumblings, and then file a claim for all they did not do. If every driver demands throughh court everything he was promised , this company will seieze to exist. The main causes of action are misrepresented terms and conditions, fraud, intention to defraud, negligent misrepresentation, ecoconomic and punitive damages, emotional distress. If you file as a poor person with evidence, you will pay no court costs and judgement in your favor is quarantied. You can file a claim for discrimination in a place where you live not where they are located. Let's take from them as they take from us.
