Having worked in a dealership for 3.5 years I have my fair share of experience working a deal. This was my first time however on this side of the desk purchasing from a Luxury Used Car Dealer and I was extremely impressed with Mike & Dave and just how smooth the process was. The knowledge Mike shared as well, it was fun to swap stories a bit. It brought me back to my days in the dealership. I walked out of the dealership feeling great about the deal we made and honestly lucky that I found the car in the PERFECT color combo and Trim level. Our son recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado truck from Car Team USA. The truck was in excellent condition and exactly what he wanted. This was the first vehicle that he ever purchased, and the experience was very easy-going and relaxing with absolutely no pressure. The friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the whole team was exceptional. Mike sat down with him and explained everything there was to know about truck buying and answered all his questions. Afterwards he met with Devin who walked him through all the paperwork. He drove home in his truck and could not be happier. After the experience with Mike and Devin we decided we would definitely be back. A month later we found ourselves in need of another vehicle and we went back to Car Team USA because honestly there’s no place else that we have ever felt no pressure, listened to, and treated like family, this is truly the way buying a vehicle should be. This time we drove home in a 2017 Cadillac XT5. Again, the whole experience was phenomenal. The showroom is beautiful, air-conditioned and like nothing you have ever seen. Every car is in the showroom and not out in the hot Florida sun. I mean why go car shopping any other way? We will absolutely be back when it’s time for the next vehicle. Thanks Mike and his team for making this so easy.

This was my first time buying a car on line and the best experience I had purchasing a car. The owner, Mike, is truly a genuinely GOOD person. He was honest and made purchasing a car a pleasure instead of a stressful situation!! I had an interest in a more expensive car at first when I spoke with Mike. He ended up showing me a car that was about $6000 cheaper and was perfect for me and what I needed. My past experiences purchasing cars have not been that great, causing me to have an attitude about having to buy a car. I have to tell you, Mikes calming voice and warm personality kept me calm and I was able to enjoy the experience. I know I got a great car for a decent price. I am grateful. I hope I dont have to purchase a car for awhile, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Car Team USA. DD
