Customer experiences
I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anybody that Has any issues with neck, shoulders, lower back arthritis and rest this place is amazing. The stuff is great. They are doing excellent job not only that they are professional. They are so kind. Understand understanding, and the kindness starts from the front office when you enter Inside from the first person that you see reception is there a secretary and then when we go on the back, you meet one of the best physiotherapy People and I personally want to think Jay for a great job that he does great manners and personality, and the rest of the stuff I am so glad I am so happy and thankful God that I found this establishment. They are doing awesome job for days ago. I could hardly walk. I injured my back three weeks ago. I lived every day with excruciating pain and I have to work every day to support myself in my family and then it gets so painful they had to For right place to get right treatment, God bless them. I am highly recommending this place. They deserve more than five stars. Thank you so muchSo much, Much God bless all❤️
In regards to my complaint I was told that because they are a private company that they don't handle that ,that came from Lisa Grestkey office and it does not fall under the human rights act even if it might be the case! My MM P has never returned any phone calls made to him.! I will never call either one of them again.
I had went to them about a year ago. Had excellent treatment then! Then had to go back for more therapy this year. Up until September 15 of 2025. I was to start my water therapy (2nd session got there for my 1:00 appt. Was told that I have to go to the back. Needed to see me. Had a paper to fill out for the pool. All the questions were standard until they asked about my under garments. Ask if wore Diapers. I said yes depends underwear. I was told that these are not allowed as they are soiled diapers I corrected Dr Jai several times they are underwear not diapers! Because they are not to be used there I told him that was not acceptable. That he has no right to ask those questions! Because I have an IBS issue that I have and is based on what I eat! He said they are not underwear and there for I have a problem which is carried into pool even if I don't wear them in the pool. I ask him why I was not told then 2 yrs ago? No response. It appears that if you have IBS it is a disease that anyone can catch! I told him over and over but he said No the Diapers carry diseases. I went there before and showers were not working! I called head office only to be told that was not what Dr Jai meant. I said he knew exactly what he meant. I asked for a copy of their so called policy and he said he didn't have one! I told him I wanted it for my doctor. He then said he would Fax one over! Oh so you have one? No comment. I called head office. They called me back. After explaining what happened She called him and called me back Only to tell me that I didn't understand what he was saying. And I said oh I know exactly what he was he saying. I posed this question to both Dr.Jai and Jen at head office If these have such awful diseases why is Walmart selling them 2 for 52. No response. I informed that they are registered under government. Then she has nerve enough to ask me if I would eat my food out of a dirty diaper? I went to Board of Health and spoke to a supervisor and she said Dr Jai was very unprofessional and she will hear about Jenn tomorrow. I have also called my MP and my MMP. And am seeing to Legal aid assistance to see about Discrimination suit & defermation of charges So who ever reads this if you think The staff and policy are real they are not! Don't be fooled they all cover up for each other ! I feel less than a woman and left feeling like because of this and my health issues which is not my fault feel more like a leper. I will be 76 on Sept 21. Serve my community, and Church and help others .
What a great physio team! I was so pleased with the personalized care I received and the speed at which I recovered by following their plan.
