Absolutely cannot believe that I have to make a review about this. I never do reviews, but this is completely unacceptable! My daughter woke up this morning with a fever, so her dad took her in to be seen. When they got there things were fine got checked in and were seen in little to no time. This all completely changed when the doctor came in looked at my husband then my daughter then back to my husband and asked him to leave the room to which he did. The doctor then proceeded to ask my daughter “if she was in danger”, “if she was safe or needed help”, “how the man with her was related to her or if he was a stranger”, all to which my daughter replied he is my dad, I’m just sick! They then proceeded to question my husband and asked him for his ID. To which he handed over and asked what all this was about. Simply put they didn’t believe he was her dad because his skin is darker than hers. He is Cuban and I am white, my daughter’s skin tone resembles mine being more white than tan. This completely racist act of theirs has now put questions in my 12 year old daughter’s head as to whether or not her father is really her father simply because he is tan and she is not. As grown adults I would never have thought this would be something I should have to worry about over a simple doctor visit. Now it may turn into counseling and more doctor visits to prove to my daughter that he is her dad because of this place.

I got there right at 8am as a new patient needing their urgent care services. After filling out the forms, I was quickly shown to a room and tests were done. It did take a while waiting for the results, but that is to be expected and I brought a book. Got a shot and RX and was on my way by 9:15am. Overall, not bad for urgent care walk in service. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My family and friends have always had a positive experience here. The staff are kind and caring. It’s a very busy clinic, I think the whole town uses them!

What should have been a one hour visit for a sinus/eye infection turned into a 5 HOUR ordeal. It took 3 hours to see the nurse practitioner. Then they messed up my medication, which took 2 MORE hours to correct. I've used Care Plus many times in the past, and it was good. After this, however, I will never go back.
