Hate to judge an entire company on a single bad experience with an individual employee. However, when one of their drivers nearly hits me on my bike by swerving into a clearly marked bike path; I have no choice but to hold the entire company accountable for their actions as a transportation service. When I attempted to acquire their license plate/vehicle number, instead of an apology or compliance, the driver gave me a hand gesture insinuating that they had been drinking alchohol (seriously, why did they think that would be appropriate?), and then proceeded to recklessly drive through a residential complex's parking lot to evade being recorded on my phone. Well, their information had been recorded despite their actions, and forwarded onto their supervisor. Until I do not feel like I have a target on my back for just biking to work in the morning, this review will remain. This driver had no reason to swerve into the bike lane this morning, but now that he does (due to me daring to confront him and reporting him for his actions), I genuinely do not feel safe traveling that stretch of road. I will happily remove this review when I am assured this driver (vehicle # 1226) wont be putting myself, or others in danger for just wanting to get to work/school in the morning.
