Worst experience I've ever had. Long story short. We reserved and paid a deposit for a specific van 6 months in advance. I know that we would have a lot of luggage and we needed a lot of trunk space. The day I arrived it was not the van I reserved. It was comparable in size so I didn't complain. After doing an inspection I noticed that the driver mirror was shattered. I told them that I will have to replace it somewhere, because it's dangerous to drive as well I didn't want any issues with the local police. The check engine light was on and the low tire pressure light was on. They said "don't worry about it". On my way from Warsaw to Rzeszow, a service light came on and the car started to lose power. This is about 2 hours from when I got the car. I shut the car off and turned it back on. That temporarily "fixed it". I called the owner and I explained the situation. I told him that I've drive to my destination, but then I'll need them to replace the car. He reluctantly agreed, but kept offering me a small suv that would not accommodate our luggage! He said that he didn't have any other vehicles. I had to keep telling him that I need a van. Since the service light didn't come on again, I told him that I'll keep the van for now. If it does happen again, then he will have to get me a replacement. So a day or two later, I had to go to a local Citroen dealer and pick up a new driver's side mirror and install it myself. I also had to pay for it myself with the promise that they'll reimburse me for it. On our way to Zakopane, the service light would come on once or twice and we just shut the engine off and turn it back on. I really didn't want to cause anyone any headaches and figured that we'll just rough it out. I stayed in contact with the owner about the repeated issue. It wasn't until we were in Wroclaw that it kept happening every 10-15 minutes. That's when I said that we definitely need another car. We were supposed to go on 5-hour drive to Prague, and I didn't want to take a risk with that junk. So they brought us that small SUV, that I told the guy previously that it was too small for us! At that point I had no choice, because the next morning we had to leave. Of course our luggage didn't fit and we had to give some of our bags to our relatives' cars. A few days later I called them and told them that we'll be passing through Warsaw and that we needed to replace our current car with a van. They agreed. After driving the "new" van for one day it broke as well! So for the last two days of our vacation, they brought us a brand new full size van. That was the only highlight of that whole experience. Customer service was very poor. Never once did someone apologize. Sometimes it was impossible to even get ahold of anyone in the office. At times it took me two days to reach them. The worst thing is that it took them over 3 weeks to refund my initial deposit. In order to even get a reimbursement for the mirror, fuel, and loss of car use, I had to call like 5 different phone numbers and multiple e-mails. It was a very frustrating experience. I do understand that cars break down, but they could have handled it in a timely and professional way. I wanted to give my business to a Polish company, but from now on, I'll stick to the international companies like Hertz, Avis or Budget. By the way, this all happened in a 2-week span. I literally spent half of my vacation dealing with this company. Oh and all the cars had literally no fuel every time we got them. Also, no windshield washing fluid.

DO NOT! RENT A CAR THERE! (Bardzo proszę ludzi czytających o znalezenie innej wypozyczalni różnica w cenie będzie minimalna). I've returned a mercedes c300 amg on December 3 and I am still waiting for my deposit. (Its February 11 now). Every time I email them I get excuses. Another issue I've noticed is that after arriving at the airport EVERY other car company has a representative holding some type of card/paper with company name on it. NOT THEM. "They call you" I had to quickly buy a sim card and call them because the guy was late(acting like he wasn't) and I couldn't find him. Last issue.. I had, was that I had to remind the guy to do an inspection of the car.

Nice people, hassle free. As the Toyota wasn't available they have offered a better option for the same price. Definitely a solid company. Polecam!

What an awful car rental company! I am surprised that they have not been shut down by the authorities yet for legitimate theft. These people are so eager to help you when making the reservation but not at all eager to provide you with the car you rented or return the security deposit. I am very certain that they do not have all the cars they advertise online as both my friend and I two weeks aparts were given the same exact story, "the existing renter extended their rental", and were both provided with cars we did not reserve. I rented a specific car and was given a beat up, physically damaged, smaller car and was told it's an upgrade in class? A hybrid hatchback is what I rented, not a sedan. Dirty, beat up, not washed, over 70,000 miles on it, just junk. When it came to getting your security deposit back, everything went perfect during the car return process, "we will process the security deposit refund right away"; emails, phone calls, weeks have passed with no refund. I had to make my credit card company refund me and go after them which they did and I ended up getting my credit card crediting me. These people are a JOKE. Read the other latest reviews before mine, make sure to sort them by NEWEST reviews, all awful! I made a mistake by going with them, dont be as foolish as me and ignore the reviews. It's 2022, follow the reviews! They may have good prices but they come at a cost of not getting your security deposit back or getting cars you didnt reserve which are old, beat up and dirty. They need to be shut down!
