When I say this was the best massage I have ever had I truly mean it. As a bigger woman I am always sceptical when trying a new place for a massage. I am never sure if the pressure will be enough to reach my muscles or if I will be judged or shamed for my size. Ingrid was amazing and never once made me feel uncomfortable or as though I didn't belong. It is obvious she enjoys what she does and takes pride in her business and accomplishments. She is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Ingrid paid attention to areas that were causing me pain and took a little extra time to work out some of the tension in my muscles. I will definitely be a returning client and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Ingrid, for making me feel welcome and helping me to relax on my vacation from work!

Ingrid was not very nice to me at all. I had booked a full body massage with her via email. After I got there, she made me wait outside for 20 minutes to give her current client more time. When I finally got in, she made me undress and lay on the table for about 10 minutes while she disappeared to go eat lunch. When she finally got back after using up 10 minutes of my paid hour, she informed me that she did not do full body massages. I reminded her about her agreement with me in writing via email, but she flat out refused. After refusing to give me the massage, she explained that she only works with people in pain in specific areas and does not do full body rubdowns. She began doing all sorts of treatments on me to avoid massaging me. There were suctions cups all over my back, when I got home I was badly bruised. She pocked and prodded me, pinched me. She would do this and watch the expression on my face in delight. Ingrid has a really good reputation, but many of the reviews are from friends and family, they are not honest reviews, she can be very devious. She explained to me in her own words that she does not do massages, even after agreeing to it prior to the appointment. She keeps saying how great a masseuse she is, and this means she doesn't have to give massages. I could hardly believe my ears when I was laying there on her table and she was refusing to massage me. She still charged me, but I never got a massage, instead she argued with me insistently, insulted me, told me I didn't know what I wanted, I should want something else, then she told me repeatedly that I should go somewhere else, then she tried to insinuate that I was not getting along with people. This person is down right nasty. Don't waste your money, this woman is not interested in giving massages, which is down right weird for a masseuse. She was very arrogant because according to her she knows what you need and she's not interested in what you want, even if it is just a massage. She's a bully, rude, insulting, and disrespectful. All i got was a bunch of treatments I didn't ask for and I didn't want. I just wanted a massage, but sh would not give me one. How strange is that. Don't waste your money, the other reviews are not honest, they are from her friends and family Ingrid

This woman was completely disrespectful and rude in any and every way possible the moment I got in I felt so nervous because it was very messy inside and it did not feel neat and organized one little bit then when I got in, I felt a little bit better because she was asking for information and Payment. I felt relaxing and OK. Maybe this is a scam but then I proceeded to go into the room where she would massage me and then she would proceed to work on me for the next hour and a half. She would use tools that were very very hard on my skin. I would tell her that I’m afraid of needles and acupuncture without any notice, she would then begin to stick for in my neck and keep them there for 20 to 30 minutes pushing very very hard throughout my body. I’ve had three concussions two car accidents and played a lot of heavy sports in the past having a massage like this did not help my problems at all if anything it did damage it did worse and I don’t know how this would ever be relaxing to anyone so I’m quite upset with how she did her work and then I think for the full hour and a half she would just not stop talking About political views religion even calling me fat at one point and saying that I should lose weight keep in mind I’m 26 years old and I weigh 180 and I’m 5 foot two. I get it maybe a little fat but still you don’t say that to someone the first time you’ve met them and then when She is massaging, she brings up how she got into this field. That’s cool. She’s making small talk but then she asks why I’m going back to school to be a vet and then proceeds to put me down on what I wanna do with my life in my career and tells me that that’s put animals down all the time and that I should not do this and it’s not right I think that makes absolutely no sense and it’s none of her business but I just had to sit there I couldn’t even get a single word in. I hated every single moment of this. I am left with bruises all over my back and I feel terrible. I had to call out of work the next day because I could I couldn’t even walk.

Amazing work on my tense muscles. The effect of the session goes unfolds over several days, and the feeling is amazing. Ingrid is also very attentive to personal needs. Will be coming back for more.
