Customer experiences
I loved staying in this hotel. The room is well designed and has perfect zoning so it is very comfortable to arrange your food and belongings. The bed sheets and towels are crispy and clean. Staff could be faster, but are definitely helpful. Happy to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a good stay for reasonable price
It was reasonable and quite comfortable stay. The room was spacious and has all the facilitates. The staff was brilliant and so helpful. The room was decent. Wifi was a bit weak and toilet towels were a bit exusted, but clean at least. The shower pressure was very nice. Although it was tuff to find a parking lot at the hotel, but the staff was welling to assist to take care, which was releaving. They were understanding and flexible in the checkout hour, and that was a bonus no doubt. Big Thanks to the service and lovely staff!
The hotel is fine, I liked the staff welcoming us. I didn't like: the hair in the sink, the gum on the floor, the fact that you can hear every sound around you, and the bathroom feels pretty old. Adding to all the above, the room is too dark as there isn't enough light.
Good rooms, well equipped, large modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, with some kitchen equipment like a stove and microwave. Cozy. Just the right size with small sofa and dine in area. Needed utensils. One strange thing, Room comes with a safe but the safe is not bolted down so it is useless. An unscrupulous guest could steal the safe!||Al-Zuba street twists and turns and it is easy to loose your way, The hotel signage is poorly illuminated at night in a nondescript residential area. Baghdad road is close. Go to the left past the mosque. Cross over in the designated crossing area where there is the Cultural Centre Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem continue walking down with you back facing the hotel and you'll come across the Al-Khaled Complex. Several dining options in the vicinity past Kanafani. I like the Iranian take out eatery called Anaar.||Don't leave the hotel going to the main road and turn right. That leads to a pedestrian cross-over of the Sheikh Essa Al-Khalifa highway which leads to the main road Al-Muthanna -- nothing of great interest there unless you like Domino's Pizza! The well-meaning but geographically dyslexic guy at reception erroneously sent me there. Lost two hours of my time.||Taxi arranged by hotel to Airport cost BD7. Allowed late check out at 2PM upon request.
