I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Everything went smoothly, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Mina at the front desk—he was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His positive attitude stood out and made a difference. Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a good, comfortable place with great service.

My stay at Oasis Hotel was way above my expectations. The location, cleanliness and general atmosphere of the hotel was very good, but the most important detail that made this experience special was definitely the receptionist Mina. From the very first moment, he made me feel very welcome with him smiling face, helpfulness and professionalism. He patiently answered every question I had and sincerely helped me with every need. Such people really elevate the quality of a hotel. Thanks to Mina, I felt like I was at home. If I come again, he will have a big share in this. Thank you Mina and Oasis Hotel!

Rooms: all you could wish for in basic comfort - bed is comfortable, bathroom spacious enough. No lock but who cares. Window can open! Love the fresh air! Fridge, table, chair all equipped in the room. Location: isn’t this something you choose yourself and therefore can never complain about? Anyway, easy to reach nearby places on foot. Bit of a struggle for taxi and delivery guys but that ain’t the hotel’s fault. Cleanliness; I have not seen bedbugs, cockroaches or other insects so I’d say good! Staff: cleaning staff is so friendly, they definitely deserve a raise for their hard work! Reception during the day are all smiling and accommodating but not helpful when it comes to questions sometimes. At night time, the star of the hotel, Mr. Mina is at your service. If this man has not received an award or promotion to Operations Manager, I doubt what the hotel is waiting for. I have never encountered someone so friendly, accommodating, respectful and cheerful at night time in +10 years of hotel experience as I work in the same industry myself. Well done!!! 👏

Great Stay with a Convenient Location and Excellent Service I recently stayed here and was really impressed by how well-located the property is. It’s close to many key spots—Al Mubarakiya Souk is just a few minutes away, and there are several coffee shops nearby. You’ll also find a McDonald’s and a small supermarket within walking distance, which is super handy. The room and bathroom were both very clean, which made a great first impression. I was fortunate to have a stunning city view, which added a lot to the experience, especially in the evenings. One of the standout features was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. I didn’t try the food at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that part. Taxis were easy to find, which made getting around the city hassle-free. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated, and clean stay in Kuwait City.
