Sold me a POS, continue to drag me around, now I’m repeatedly without a car. Oh and they refuse to trade it in or take it back probably because they know exactly what they sold me. Sure they’ll keep “fixing” it. But barely. Worst experience trying to a buy a car through them. What a crock. Should’ve listened to everyone telling me NOT to go here. If you want a good reliable vehicle and customer service CAR-MART OF ENID IS NOT IT.

I had a very bad experience shopping here in the past. With me being alone anyway. I guess it was easy to sell me a dud that I knew nothing about. I purchased two here that were lemons so in the past I would've rated them just one star. But since then I married a mechanic! and Car-mart got a new manager, which did very well with my husband before so he wanted to come back. I walked in with a little more confidence with him holding my hand. We didn't walk around much at all when he saw a Chevy Tahoe that would seat all of our family. He checked under the hood and test drove it, while I made sure all the buttons worked, there were no rips or stains, the paint job was okay. The air conditioner worked. Once my husband said let's make a deal we were back inside. The paperwork didn't take too long and we gave them a down payment then was driving it home! So easy! We've had it now for around 3 years. There has been some parts that's been replaced but nothing severe. I'm still happy with it and once it's paid off my husband wants a pickup.
