Looking to trade my vehicle and purchase one.I knew I might be upside down on my trade in. My vehicle was 5yo, the one I was looking to purchase was 15yo. Anyway, they were 4k higher than KBB on the price of their vehicle and only wanted to offer the very bottom dollar KBB says mine is worth. Told me I had lights on in the vehicle (im assuming they were trying to say I had mechanical issues with my vehicle). I have no warning lights and no mechanical issues with my vehicle! They basically wanted me to pay above sticker price + 10k upside down on my vehicle (scam). I would suggest if you want to do business with Northcutt, you better know your vehicle values! Im not nieve and understand that car dealerships are in the business of making money, but working with costumers that would continue to do business with you over several years seems to be a better business practices than trying to just get one big payday.
Great people to work with very helpful in trying to work with me on getting me into a vehicle highly recommend yall visit them for a new vehicle
