I am giving them a one star this is the second time they have sweared me over and lied straight to my face... I paid Good guys to my car he steal from now carmart did the same.... Did he would catalytic cover. AND said come in paid I came in. To pay and we'll I check and the old one is still on there....THEY DIDNT THINK I WOULD CHECK.... HAD MY PAID $75 FOR SPARK PLUGS AND O2 SENSOR...WHICH THEY REPLACE THE 02 SENSOR ALREADY THRU GOOD GUYS MECHANIC WHEN I FIRST GOT IT... I CHECK NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY CAR AT ALL THEY HAD TO FOR 2 AND HALFS DAYS.. THEN HE SAID HE WAIT FOR THE PARTS TO COME IN AFTER I PAID... I TALKED TO MIKE 3 OR TIME AND NEVER DID HE SAY... THEY WERE DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT TYEN WHAT WE SPOKE ABOUT AND MY CAR RUN LIKE.... AND THE MEN INSIDE ALSO ADD 5K TO MY PAYMENT BY MISTAKE THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT OFF...BUT HE HIT THE WRONG BUTTON ON THE SCREEN WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT... 5 THOUSAND MISTAKE... IF ANYONE AS AN ATTORNEY I CAN SPEAK TO ASAP... AND THEY NEVER GIVE ME A RECIPT FOR THE SERVICE FROM THE SHOP TALK ABOUT I HAVE TO WAIT.. WHY WENT I CAN DRIVE TO THE SHOP AND PICK IT UP RIGHT... TALK ABOUT THEY GOT TO FIND THE PAPER SO ON JUST LIEING..

The staff was extremely nice and did there best to stay in my price range! It is hard to find good customer service now days. Thank you for your help!

Came in to finance a vehicle after 4 hours of sitting there being told we wouldn’t need a down payment. They tell us we need one they could have done this from the beginning after the credit check! Not wasting 4 hours of our day.. but on the plus side went to bill knight got a truck and jeep with no down payment and cheaper monthly payments than one vehicle here
