My wife and I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Highlander from Wilson Chevy. After several months of looking, test driving, and going through the process with numerous dealers in the Tulsa-area, we came across this Highlander at Wilson at a competitive price. The difference between our experience at Wilson and other dealers was night and day. Mainly because of the great customer service from our salesman Jake Sorensen. - Jake was the opposite of pushy and kept his distance but was also very accommodating. - He let us test drive the vehicle independently. - He went to bat for us to make sure we got the best deal possible. - He was very responsive to calls/texts, even on his day off. - He went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. Once we decided to buy the Highlander the process was very smooth and straightforward. I was expecting to spend most of my afternoon at Wilson, but I was in and out in about an hour (which included all the financing paperwork). Next time we’re in the market for a car, we will certainly be checking Wilson’s inventory before looking elsewhere! Thanks Jake!
I have to say that I was really impressed with my experience at this dealership. Ricky was my salesman and he was so nice and made me feel very comfortable expressing my concerns about my current vehicle and what I was looking for in a new car. I went in with the intention of just testing out a model or two and I ended up driving off with a safer, bigger, nicer car. He was kind and very chill and didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want. He was just absolutely fabulous. My finance lady, I can’t remember her name, but she was sooooooo awesome. She crunched the numbers to make the deal happen and didn’t make fun of me when I literally started crying because I finally have a car I can fit into and feel safe in. This was just a wonderful experience and I hope to continue to have only the nicest things to say about this dealership. Thank you so much, Wilson Chevrolet.
I just got a new car and paid for all the bells and whistles and extra warranties. I was told the warranties covered everything from bumper to bumper. Well, turns out it doesn't. Only a few days after purchasing. I canceled the pointless warranties and am not happy. The buying process gave me a false sense of security with the warranties and overall I would have preferred another dealership with better warranties to cover a nicer car.
