John was a fabulous resource throughout the sale process. He was proactive in reaching out to us about the opportunity for sale, at a price far above what we expected. He moved quickly to help us get the property on the market during optimal selling conditions, and to fit with our personal timeline. His counsel was welcomed in terms of where to fix the price, and we were delighted to sell within 48 hrs for what we’d hoped for - $100k over asking! As we move towards completion he continues to be a valuable source of knowledge, as this is our first house sale in Canada.
