Went into the Fredericton store today hoping to buy a Christmas dress for a 3 year old. There was one other person in the store also looking at clothes. Seen one salesperson behind the counter. She never spoke when I entered the store, never asked if I needed any help. I could see if she was serving another customer but she was not. Needless to say I left without buying anything.

Shopping there was one of the highlights of my day. I had my 5 year old and my two year old (who had fallen asleep on my shoulder) with me. The play area kept my older child happily occupied, and as soon as the staff noticed I was carrying my sleeping toddler, they waited on me hand and foot. They helped me carry my items, directed me to what I was looking for, offered to tally my order so I knew how much I had left on my gift card and scoured the store for dinosaur shirts. They were so happy and willing to help I am so glad I did my shopping with them. On top of the exceptional service, the clothes are great and the prices very reasonable. A great store!
