I am thrilled there are technicians like Nelson Torres! I called Conserva for my regular irrigation turn on service and was told last fall one entire section was not working in my lawn. I asked for an experienced tech to come and check our system. Nelson went above and beyond helping with our issue, showing me where the troubled spot was, how he fixed it, and things to watch out for in the future. He was courteous, efficient, helpful, talented and IS what 5 star reviews are were for!

I had a water leak in my irrigation system. The technician (Nelson) did an outstanding job of diagnosing and correcting the problem in a very timely and professional manner. I have been a customer of CI for 5 years and they have been wonderful!

FURIOUS and DISAPPOINTED. We have been customers since 2020 and have always been very happy with the annual service to winterize our system. We have also recommended Conserva to friends and neighbors. However, our recent service appointment has left me furious!! We had a family emergency the morning of our appointment. Which didn’t pose too much of an issue since we could open our garage remotely so the technician could access the irrigation controls. The disappointment, we never received a text or call giving us a heads up the tech was on their way. There were a couple of other frustrations, being repeat customers you wouldn’t think would happen, however, they are nothing compared to the irresponsibility the technician had when walking around our property. After he opened our backyard gate he NEVER made sure the gate was latched when he shut the gate. I only realized this when my 3 month old puppy was running loose in the neighborhood this morning. If the tech couldn’t latch the gate, he could have said something to my husband (who arrived home shortly after the tech arrived). Thankfully I was able to find her. Do better Conserva!
