I recently had some unexpected car trouble and wanted to say how impressed I was with Millstream Motor Services. From start to finish, the team were professional, calm and reassuring during what was a stressful situation. They communicated clearly, kept me updated throughout, and worked efficiently to get me safely back on the road as quickly as possible. They really stood by their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved properly. It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical competence with such good customer care. Great service and really friendly. First time I had been here since I had a punctured tyre in the early morning. They were extremely helpful and fixed it despite being busy which I’m so grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for MOT and service now. Thank you again!

Goodness what a great place! This was my second visit and both times I have been mega impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Excellent work with the Service and the MOT. The icing on the cake is their lovely little cafe opposite! Thoroughly recommend going here.
