Idk who is driving your advertisement car but they really need to be looked into. Driver was constantly not paying attention to the road and I had to honk at them at 3 different lights for them to notice the light was green. Then on pinhook near sonic and Wendy’s they merged all the way to the left turning lane then immediately cut across 3 lanes of traffic to get back into the right turning lane cutting me off forcing me to slam on my brakes, this was at the pinhook/youngsville hwy intersection around 2pm. This person will cause an accident for someone.

I wish I could respond to the comment left by the owner. The penny press is def in the tips & packing info she sent us lol. I had to redo all dining after she booked it bc the times were so late! (Not sure how I got such awesome times when I changed the times the next day lol) But keep making excuses for your company instead of calling the customer to speak about it. I’ll never recommend this travel agency to anyone nor will I use it again. A waste of time! I was planning our 2nd Disney vaca & decided to use a travel agent again since the first time was such a breeze with one. I did nothing at all except answer a few questions & that 1st trip was planned with no effort from me. We even had goodies waiting in our room when we got there!! Was blown away by the 1st agent. Well, not all travel agents are the same!! Complete hassle, the 2nd agent. I already started the reservation with the hotel & dining plan before we contacted her. We have 2 small children. Dinners were all booked after 8pm, I had to go rebook them for an earlier time. We were told we had 5 dining credits but we really only had 4, which is a HUGE mistake on her part. We were offered no help with magic bands, I had to google to figure it all out. It was a nightmare. I basically had to book the whole trip myself with her still getting the commission for doing absolutely nothing. We did get an email before our trip with tips & packing help. The tips were outdated. One that pops to my mind, was to bring coins for the penny presses..none of the penny presses take coins, only card. Definitely wouldn’t use this agent again. I wish the 1st agent I used was still a travel agent!

We decided to book a last minute trip to Disney, we researched rooms ourselves and were in the mist of spending lots of time trying to figure it all out. I knew Jackie did Disney bookings, and I reached out to her. The process was so simple and easy! She managed to save $600 dollars off from what my price was trying to do it myself. Our trip went smoothly and without a hitch! I will definitely recommend Castles and Cruises for anyone looking to save time and money while booking travel! Thanks for an awesome stress free trip!
