I had an amazing experience staying at Minto One80five and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in downtown Ottawa. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful—especially Andrew, concierge and Amy, account executive who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The suites are impeccably clean, modern, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is fantastic, close to everything you might need, and the amenities are top-notch—from the gym to the common areas, everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay at One80Five Minto was absolutely wonderful! Its Centretown location is perfect, just a short stroll away from Sparks Street and Parliament Hill, which made everything so convenient and truly the ideal location. Our suite was comfortable, tastefully furnished, and had a balcony with a stellar view we thoroughly enjoyed. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and has the feel of a boutique hotel. What made our stay exceptional was the Minto team. They were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist, making it truly feel like a home away from home. Standout members of the Minto team we’d like to specially thank are: • Amy, who orchestrated our entire stay. From day one, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She was a constant support, making sure we felt well cared for throughout our time at Minto. • Andrews, who was consistently kind and friendly. He always checked in to see we were well taken care of and offered excellent suggestions for exploring the city. • Hanshul, who was patient, kind, helpful, and very approachable. She happily answered questions and recommended great things to see and do in the city, a great support to us. • Aidan, who was always friendly and courteous. He also showcased his skills as a quick thinker and problem solver when we needed assistance with an appliance, responding promptly and making every effort to help resolve the issue. • Fiyaso, who always welcomed us with kindness and was very friendly and helpful with any inquiries, making us feel comfortable. While the whole team was fantastic, these team members stood out and are a definite asset to the Minto team, playing a key role in making our experience so memorable. We highly recommend One80Five to anyone seeking a welcoming, beautiful, and centrally located place to stay in Ottawa.

Excellent staff, amenities and apartment. Appreciate the top-notch support provided by Gary during the pre-move as well as the friendliness, advice and exceptional service from Andrews. All the concierges do a wonderful job making the building feel warm and welcoming, and the cleaning staff keep everything beautiful.
