This company is not even worthy of a star. I ordered a custom bed, and what arrived was completely different. I have attached the invoice and what arrived. 1. The Mattress doesn't fit 2. The headboard is not the correct size. 3. The legs are missing Upon delivery, I informed them of this, and they refused to take it back. Extremely rude. The bed was delivered on the 17th of December at 11pm and till today there is no resolution. The company promise to come fix it, but never show up. I have made a complaint with the Ministry of Economy.

I ordered TV unit from this company. First of all - those guys charging all amount in advance and didn’t delivered unit on time. Manager Haider were promised 2-3 times that’s they will deliver it tomorrow however tomorrow and day after delivery team didn’t come. Then he refuse to picking up my calls. I went to their office to check. Only after my visit team finally did deliver the unit but it’s not the end of the story. Chapter 2 They’re install cabinets and TV wall but quality of materials they’re using and LED mount were extremely low. Not worst the money. And finally wall sheet. I choose warm white color in their catalog. Thing that’s they’re brought were completely different color (Grey) but on all my requests to replace sheet Haider said “it’s the same color that were choose”. I don’t have color blindness yet and can see that colors don’t matched. To proof my concern I’ll attach photo of catalogue picture and actual sheet. To my request refund half of amount of money i didn’t received any reply or apologies from them. Strongly NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Deeply regret choosing Deluxe Furniture. Spent 8850 AED on a custom TV cabinet which has been a complete headache. The team came the first time at the end of November 2024 and were 4 hours late so we wasted a whole morning waiting. The unit was installed incorrectly two times (i.e. not as per the design) and had to be redone. The team makes appointments they do not keep, arrive late every time, do not return calls or WhatsApp messages. Now it has been nearly two months and still waiting for the unit to be finished at the end of January 2025. Issues include the cabinet being installed in a way that the power sockets are inaccessible, the team drilling into and damaging the cabinets by accident and LED lighting being very poorly done. Do not recommend.
