Saw John for the first time , previously had gone to another physiotherapist and nothing seemed to be working. Within 30 minutes of the consultation, he gave me more information and exercises a treatment plan, which was more than I got from the other place. His consultation and assessment was above and beyond anything I expected , He’s extremely personable and knowledgeable, and his staff was very attentive as well. I am looking forward to following my treatment plan as I can tell. I will definitely be finding the relief I need.

Option 1 (Short and Sweet, with staff mention) I highly recommend Miranda Umeri at CBI Boler in London, ON. After a car accident last November, I was in a lot of discomfort. Miranda did an excellent job and helped me feel much better. The entire staff was also wonderful—very friendly and professional. Their treatments were effective, and the exercises she sent me to do at home were a huge help. I'm so happy with the results! Option 2 (More Detailed, with staff mention) Miranda Umeri at CBI Boler is an incredible therapist. Following a car accident last November, I was experiencing significant pain, and Miranda's expertise has been a game-changer. Not only were her treatments top-notch, but she also provided me with personalized home exercises via email that greatly accelerated my recovery. The staff at the clinic is also fantastic—they are all so welcoming and organized, making every visit a pleasant experience. I am so grateful for the excellent care I received from both Miranda and the entire team and would recommend them to anyone. Option 3 (Most Personal and Expressive, with staff mention) I can't say enough good things about my experience at CBI Boler. would not recommend byron location my husband and myself add a physiophysician with the initials, MU. not friendly at all along with losing documents that were fax and email from physicians, this individual has no consideration for what is going on. In other people's lifelines, why they need to take a sick day off that they can't come into their appointments. And trying to rearrange them just very sad. I would never recommend this location, nor this physiotherapist.
