Rana took care of me twice. I really like how calm she was and she slowly showed me all my options. She's very knowledgeable and I pretty much had nothing to do but show up. I took one star away because I found it difficult to contact them by phone. They seem to work on voice message only and the three times I called, my messages went unanswered. Both time, I had to go in person.

Rana at MRC was SUPER helpful. I emailed a few different sleep therapy places in Windsor looking for an auto-adjust cpap machine without having to go for the sleep study. She responded immediately! She gave me a quote for everything and included a demonstration on how to use it and clean it. Gave me all the supplies I needed. She was friendly, kind, and patient.
