Have worked with SG Cunningham on a Garage project for Geotab office since Feb 2025 and it completed as of July 2025. With all the moving parts they have been amazing to deal with. There were a few lessons learned on both sides and overall they did amazing work and our team is extremely happy with the results. Ryan Subject and team have given our office space a new lease on life with our EV garage. I look forward to long partnership with SG Cunningham.

I'm not normally one to write reviews but I have worked with S.G Cunningham on a few projects now and I can not say enough great things about this company. Great team to have on your side. They always deliver. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable contractor. From start to finish, the projects have always been above and beyond what was expected. Thanks guys!!!!!!

I was driving down Westmount on the date of this review when a Cunningham truck was about 8 meters in front of me. The truck was full of debris from what I assume was a construction site on its way to the dump on Weber. A peice of metal fell out of the Cunningham truck and flew towards my vehicle. If I was not an already far enough distance away the metal would of hit my car. The truck did not stop to pick up the debris nor slowed down. When I passed the truck on Weber the crew seemed to be barely paying attention at all. I have never used Cunningham but I see their signs around town. From what I've read they are a respectable company, but I can't excuse this. If the metal would of hit my car or someone else's this would of been a very different and serious situation. I'm writing this review to let Cunningham know

I have been involved with office moves/office buildouts for almost 30 years, it's seldom that you find a gem like this. What an amazing company to work with for your project! Right from the first meeting to our final walk through and sign off, the expertise, skills and professionalism is very evident. Just completed a six month project and couldn't be happier. The regular meeting, attention to detail, neat clean job site from start to finish, made this a pleasure under sometimes very challenging requests from our company. Would highly recommend using them.
