I typically refrain from writing reviews, however, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the level of service provided by a certain coach. To provide context, I had previously booked the Meal+Workout Plan, which was executed competently and with a good understanding of the matter at hand. However, despite passing one, two, three, and finally four weeks, there was no follow-up whatsoever. Only after a month had passed did the coach reach out to schedule a monthly check-up meeting, albeit at a cost of $150. I must admit, I was thoroughly disheartened by this approach, as the coach had not bothered to inquire even once about my progress in the first month. Prior to writing a negative review, I attempted to convey my disappointment via email. In my correspondence, I outlined my grievances and articulated my expectations. Regrettably, it took four days for the coach to respond, and the message I received stated that I should have sent weekly follow-ups as outlined in the explanatory email. As a paying customer, I expected the coach to be more invested in my well-being. I was not seeking any extraordinary gestures, simply an acknowledgment of my efforts, perhaps a simple message along the lines of "How's the workout going?" In my experience, I was left feeling like a mere statistic, and the entire ordeal was less than satisfactory. It is evident that the coach's main focus was on monetary gain, with little regard for my health and progress.

J’ai eu le privilège de m’entraîner au FD Fitness Gym pendant mes vacances au Québec et que du positif à dire sur mon expérience! Gym: équipement haute gamme, ambiance apaisante et moderne. Odeur agréable, très propre. Le sauna sec et le bain froid sont un gros plus qui ajoute du cachet et une valeur ajoutée. Pas achalandé (gros plus). Facile d’accès et stationnement sur place. Équipe: merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil chaleureux! Tout le monde était très gentil et m’ont offert un service hors pair. Je conseil fortement d’essayer le gym: l’essayer c’est l’adopter!
