Cellairis Phone Repair Store Inside Walmart - Lithonia

Cindy asked me to come back the next day when I asked her to fix my phone on April 27, but I did not have the time. Also I don’t have the car or the convenience to catch you guys because I work the same hours that you do. The day that I left the store, my phone never worked the same when I have a phone call. I cannot get the screen to light up during a phone call which is not normal. Sometimes my phone lights up high neon blue Shuts off to a black screen and then goes back to normal, which is also not normal. I apologize that I have not had the time to contact you and let you know that I’ve been having problems with this phone ever since the day that I left your store. I work the exact same hours that you do. My phone case was too tight when I asked Cindy to fix the air bubbles on my screen protector she could not get the phone case off Self. The first time I took the phone case off of my phone, which was yesterday the entire strand to dance with colors so not only was the phone, but the phone was not fixed properly because my screen was showing different colors within 24 hours of my repair also I’ve called around to cell phone world and A-to-Z looking for you guys but I’m not from the east side. I’m not familiar with what resources are available over here so I’ve been calling around to the wrong numbers Nevertheless I’m not paying $70 To get a phone repaired when it was never repaired properly the first time. Cindy, I appreciate you telling me that you trust me as a human. But as a human. Your job to humanity should be providing effective solutions and not just getting money out of their pocket.

This store is really good and they have reasonable prices and the customer service is amazing . They do good repairs and the custom phone cases are dope.😁🙌🏾 They have otter boxes,casetify,silicone cases,and glass diamond cases that are so cute. The airpods are really good quality. The phones on display to buy are good quality. This is a 10/10 recommend I’ve been to this store multiple times and the employee is very cool and they have nice deals .They also apply the cases and screen protectors for you as well.💗so nice!

Shawn the manger is polite works fast and does great work. Don’t hesitate let him service your technology. He did a screen repair on my son’s phone in less than 30 min
