Customer experiences
This shopping mall is conveniently located and offers a wide variety of shops, including the upscale Holt Renfrew department store. The food court also provides plenty of dining options to choose from, catering to different tastes. However, one major downside is the parking. The rates are extremely high—around $10 per hour. We spent just two hours there and ended up being charged $20.80, which made the overall shopping experience feel quite costly. Additionally, many of the stores available here can also be found in other malls or shopping areas, so there’s not much that sets it apart in terms of uniqueness. While the mall is clean and convenient, the expensive parking may be a deterrent for some shoppers.
CF Pacific Centre is one of the largest and most popular shopping destinations in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Located at the busy corner of Georgia and Granville Streets, it is directly connected to several SkyTrain stations, making it easy for visitors to reach by public transit. The mall features over 100 stores, including world-famous brands such as Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Apple, and Sephora, as well as a variety of Canadian retailers. Shoppers can find everything from fashion, beauty products, and electronics to home décor and unique gifts. What makes CF Pacific Centre special is not only its diverse range of stores but also its modern design and convenient layout. The mall is partly underground, offering a comfortable shopping environment protected from Vancouver’s rainy weather. In addition to retail shops, the centre has food courts, casual cafés, and sit-down restaurants, giving visitors many dining options. It is also within walking distance of major downtown attractions like the Vancouver Art Gallery and Robson Street. Whether you are a local resident looking for everyday shopping or a tourist seeking high-end brands, CF Pacific Centre provides a central, stylish, and accessible shopping experience right in the heart of Vancouver.
I recently visited CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The mall is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to by public transit. As I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern everything looked. The layout is mostly underground, which makes it feel cozy and protected from the weather. There are many stores to explore, from high-end brands to more affordable options. I enjoyed browsing through shops like Holt Renfrew and Apple. The mall also connects directly to Hudson’s Bay, which adds even more shopping choices. When I got hungry, I headed to the food court. I was happy to find several vegan-friendly options. I tried a quinoa bowl with grilled tofu, which was both tasty and filling. There were also other places offering plant-based dishes, so I had plenty of choices. Overall, my visit to CF Pacific Centre was enjoyable and convenient. The combination of a central location, a wide variety of stores, and vegan-friendly dining options makes it a great spot for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat in Vancouver. I look forward to returning soon.
Pacific Centre is a convenient shopping destination in downtown Vancouver with a wide range of stores, but it lacks a standout attraction to truly draw people in. While the mall offers many shopping options, the overall atmosphere feels dated and in need of renovation. The food court is overpriced and not particularly impressive, and the presence of drug-addicted individuals inside can make the experience uncomfortable at times. Parking is another downside—it’s extremely expensive, which adds to the overall cost of a visit. On a positive note, the staff at the Roots store are friendly and helpful, offering great customer service. Overall, Pacific Centre has potential, but it falls short in delivering a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.
