Beautiful studio with amazing instructors and staff! You are offered a variety of workouts with top of the line instruction. Every class is exceptional! You are sure to find a class that you will love! They are challenging, but for all levels of fitness. Love this place!

I have been absolutely loving my Wednesday night yoga practice with Christina! I am always amazed that though the studio is full she is able to personalize and give attention to me as well as her other students.
