Literally the worst bank to deal with. I tried to settle my dads bank account and was told on the phone that they can do it only in person in the bank. I take a day off work to go in to be told theres nothing they can do. The biggest joke of a bank I've ever been to.

Although we have had great rates and great service up until this year . The person who looked after our files for mortgage never calls back, never answers email ect...terrible service!!! Tried paying a lump sum on our mortgage and had to call back 4-5 times and speak with several people to resolve the issue of paying it on our mortgage!! They took the money out of the account and never paid it down on our mortgage was still in our account 11 days after the transfer...had to call again Why are people so incompetent We will be taking out Buisness elsewhere when Although had issues with Jennifer Muldoon below at first review We have had the pleasure dealing with Eric McGill recently to get e new mortgage and although he is learning he goes above and beyond to get back to you and communicates very well! Thank you Eric for a better experience our mortgage renews they obviously don't care about customer service details If your looking for detailed service to happen this is not the place!! Editing my review as the manger saw this review and has corrected the situation Finally it took a review to get corrected

Switched our mortgage this year to this branch what a nightmare and s joke it has been. It's been months and things still aren't right. No one answers emails or phone calls or messages can't wait to remortgage already.
