Worst service ever. It took them 2 month to give me the most basic info about my mortgage, the penalty to change to another bank. When I called another bank where I have a mortgage, I got that info straight from the Costumers Service. With Desjardins Allard, I had to wait for them to call me back, when they did they told me that have to ask for someone to calculate the penalty, then after waiting for 2 days, I had to schedule another phone call, they never respect the schedules for the calls and they do not call you back more than once. 2 months later I got the info I needed. By then the rate I had reserved at another bank was gone. Their lack of professionalism will actually hurt you financially. It is impossible to call them and talk to a human and get any answers. Once they have you as a costumer they do not care about you anymore and make it extra difficult to leave. I will not promote any other banks instead of them, but I will definitely be paying my penalty and just getting out of there, the stress and the lack or respect and professionalism is not worth it.

(Ils ne sont pas désolés) Très mauvaise caisse. Réfléchis à fermer mon compte.J’ai fais une demande pour une attestation de solde sur place ils ont refusé de me la faire sur place (j’ai appelé avant d’y aller car ils m’ont dit que si je la voulais immédiatement se sera sur place). Une fois arrivée ils refuse t de me la faire et me disent qu’ils ne peuvent la faire qu’en ligne pour moi et que ça me coûtera 7.50$ alors que c’est complètement gratuit ! J’ai été obligé de lui de lui dire que je n’ai jamais payé pour ce service sinon ils m’auraient facturé. Par réflexe j’ai rappelé en ligne pour savoir si la soi disant demande avait été faite, aucune trace ! J’ai profité pour la refaire en ligne et demandé si c’était payant comme ils m’ont dit en caisse, ils m’ont confirmé que ce n’était pas payant et qu’ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi la caisse a voulu me faire payer ! De vrais anarqueurs !
