They couldn’t reset my PIN number, so I called the number behind my debit card as they suggested, but at a later date. The agent who assisted me on the phone said they couldn’t help me either because I could only reset my pin at my branch, since they have the machine to do it. I explained I had already tried this and the agent apologized on their behalf because it’s ridiculous they told me to call instead. So I now have to go back to this branch… Lesson learned. If you need to reset your PIN number at this branch and they tell you you have to call because they can’t help you, dial that number in front of them and really push to get solutions then while you’re already there. Otherwise, you’ll be prolonging this situation for yourself and experience more unnecessary stress.

Worst bank ever😡!!! Bad service, attitude,try to get your money anyway they can!! Second time visit already saw someone loosing it screaming …‼️
